Want to know more about consent.works?
It is remarkable that already in their first conversation, the two initiators, Axel Rutz and Marco Bienlein, have stated that they both intended to develop a Drupal based software solution that supports consent-based organizational practices. While Marco already had a prototype in use, Axel was able to raise the aim conceptually to a completely new level. This is how it became: consent.works.
Own need for organization softwareMarco is a member of Die Wertschätzer (Experts for coaching by phone and appreciative business coaching). Within that cooperation there was a need for a software solution that, despite decentralized cooperation, delivers an overview of projects, policies, accountabilities, holacratic roles and joint decisions for all participants. This is how the predecessor of consent.works came into life.
An idea was bornFrom our own practice and further development of the software mentioned above came the idea, that software support for sociocratic and holacratic organizations can lead to immense benefits in organizational development and value creation.
Concept and development … 1st beta2016 is the year of intensive conceptual and and technical development. The Beta for friendly users will be launched in December. consent.works is accessible to a selected group of holacratic and sociocratic organizations and in steady improvement through user feedback.
'Public beta' is coming soon …
After finishing all critical bugs during the current Beta for friendly users version, consent.work will roll out as 'public beta' web application. We were confronted with some unexpected hurdles, both technical and administrative. We want you to know that we have not been idle and the project is currently under intensive further development. Currently it looks as if we can publish the public beta in the 4th quarter of 2018.
